Thank you for shopping at Duened. The following terms constitute our Shipping Policy.

🚚 Domestic & International Shipping Policy

1. Business Days

Our business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Origin

We ship from:

• Our fulfillment facilities in the United States
• Select international fulfillment centers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL.

3. Order Processing Time

• Standard handling/processing time: 1–3 business days
• Fulfilled: Monday–Saturday
• Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00)

During peak periods (holidays, major sales), processing may take longer.
If your order experiences a delay, we will notify you via email.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

United States (All Destinations)

• Estimated: 5–10 business days
  (Handling time 1–3 days + Transit time 4–7 days)

International Shipping

• Estimated: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may be affected by customs inspections, weather, carrier delays, or holiday volume.

5. Shipping Fees

• U.S. Orders: Flat rate $4.95
• International Orders: Flat rate $10.95

All shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment.

6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours on the carrier’s website.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

Duened is not responsible for:

• Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Undeliverable or returned packages caused by address errors

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.
Please contact us immediately if you need to update your delivery details.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

• Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
• Charges may occur during or after delivery.
• Duened is not responsible for customs delays.

9. Damages During Shipping

Duened is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
• Save all packaging materials
• Keep damaged items for inspection

10. Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery.
Returned goods must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• Compliant with our Returns & Refunds Policy
