Orders & Processing

Q1: How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Q2: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You may request a cancellation before your order has shipped by contacting us at [email protected].
If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for options after delivery.

Q3: What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately after placing your order. If your package hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update your address.
Once the order is shipped, Duened is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Q4: How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $8.99 per order within the United States.

Q5: How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Q6: Which carriers do you use?
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on location and product availability.

Q7: Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to U.S. addresses only. International shipping may be available in the future.


Payments & Billing

Q8: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club), PayPal, and Duened Gift Cards (if available).

Q9: When will my card be charged?
Your payment method is charged at the time of order confirmation, and you’ll receive an email receipt once the payment is successful.

Q10: Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateways.
We never store or have access to your full card details.


Returns & Refunds

Q11: What is your return policy?
You can return most unused items in their original condition within 28 days of delivery.

Q12: How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–8 business days to your original payment method.

Q13: What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact [email protected] within 28 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view order history and track shipments more easily.
