1. Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States.
However, if your country is restricted by law or not supported, checkout will not be available.


2. How much does shipping cost?

  • U.S. orders: Free shipping

Shipping fees are always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.


3. How long will delivery take?

  • Handling Time: 1-2 business days
    Transit Time: 3-7 business days

Please remember: These estimates do not include processing time (usually 1–3 business days).


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can then track your package on the courier’s official website.


5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes—but only before it ships.
If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-day easy return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the items are in their original condition with all tags attached.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

All payments are securely processed—we do not store full card details.


8. Is my payment information safe?

Yes. We protect all transactions with SSL encryption.
Payments go through trusted third-party providers to ensure your security.


9. Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you want a different item, simply return your order for a refund and place a new one.


10. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the item

We’ll resolve it quickly with a refund, replacement, or suitable solution.


11. Do you sell gift cards?

Not yet! We don’t currently offer gift cards—but stay tuned for future updates.
