1. Accepted Payment Methods
Duened accepts the following international payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Diners Club
- JCB
All transactions are securely processed through PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateways.
2. Payment Timing
Payment must be completed at the time the order is placed. Your order will only be confirmed once the transaction is successfully authorized.
If the payment fails, the order will be automatically cancelled.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent).
SSL/TLS encryption is used to protect all sensitive information.
Duened does not store customer card information under any circumstances.
4. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment:
- You will receive an order confirmation email
- Your order status will be updated to Processing
- An electronic invoice will be sent to your registered email address
5. Payment Decline Conditions
Duened reserves the right to decline a transaction if:
- Incorrect or invalid payment details are provided
- The issuing bank declines the transaction
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
- The order violates our service policies
In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- Full refund for technical issues or unusable products/services
- No refund for change-of-mind requests
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method
Processing time: 3–14 business days depending on your bank.
7. Payment Security
- No storage of credit card information
- No sharing of payment data with third parties (except payment processors)
- 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions
- Automated fraud-prevention systems
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Providing accurate payment details
- Ensuring account/email security
- Reporting unusual transactions immediately
9. Payment Risks
- Banking issues caused by the issuing bank
- Network or internet interruptions during checkout
- Fraudulent actions by users or unauthorized account access
10. Invoice & Record Keeping
- Electronic invoices are emailed after successful payment
- Customers may request invoice copies at any time
- Invoices are stored for up to 5 years
