Our total liability will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim, or
• 100 USD (or equivalent).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Duened from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service.
Upon termination, all rights to use the Service cease immediately.

Continued use of the Service means you accept any updated terms.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Georgia, USA.
